Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. The conversation and the written recommendation that follows are free. You see a price only when there is a scoped proposal in front of you, and that price is fixed.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, usually sooner. If something is down, say so in the subject line.
Do you work with businesses across New Zealand?
Yes. We work with businesses across New Zealand, and hosting is in Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne wherever you are.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, if you'd like one. Send yours or we can provide a standard mutual NDA before the first conversation.
